Ordering Info:
The following is the best way to quickly place an order:
- E-Mail: Please provide the following information : Name/ Address/ Item(s) and Total/ Shipping Total/ Method of Payment. NOTE: Please do not send Visa or Mastercard numbers in an e-mail.
- Phone Orders: Please leave your name/ address/ phone number/ Item(s) and Total (including Shipping total)/ Visa or Mastercard number and expiration date (or state that you would prefer to send a money order).
**Any information you provide is for use by Medazzaland Discs only. It will be kept confidential by Medazzaland Discs and not sold or rented to others.
Method of Payment:
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Money Orders (make money orders payable to: MEDAZZALAND DISCS).
Pre-Ordering:
Items in the "PRE-ORDERS" section will be shipped within days of their over seas release date. The purpose of pre-ordering is to give us here at Medazzaland an idea of how many of one particular title we will need to order. If for some unforeseeable reason, the item you pre-order (pre-pay) for is canceled, a credit voucher will be sent to you with an explanation on why the item(s) were not available. We highly recommend Pre-ordering, the reason being that a lot of CDs that come out in Europe quickly go out of print (especially CD-5's).
International Orders:
International orders shipped US Global Priority Mail where accepted or US First Class Air.
PLEASE NOTE: South American orders- we strongly encourage you to have your order sent by Registered Mail. It costs an additional $7 to your shipping charge.
Shipping and Handling:
North America: US Mail/first class; $3.00 first item, ($4.00 first DVD) $1.00 additional next 4 items.
Western Europe, Pacific Rim, South America and Middle East: Global Priority Mail; $6.00 first item, $4.00 second item, $1.00 each additional item.
Greece and Italy: USPS air rate; $6.00 first item, $1.00 each additional item.
Registered Mail is an optional $7.00.
*ONLY items sent Registered Mail are insured.
**Availability is not guaranteed. If you're interested in an item and want to check availability, contact me and I will get back to you ASAP. I can also hold items for you until payment is received.
Return Policy:
Items may only be returned if defective. You must email us with your return request within a week of your purchase.
